FAQ

Where do I start, what is the process to be followed if I want to sell fast?
Ans. Click on the ‘get an offer on your house” page and fill up the form to the best of your knowledge with as much details as possible.
Do you charge for the property valuation of the property?
Ans. No, absolutely nothing. The property valuation is free and with no strings attached, if you agree to the offer and accept it, we will proceed with the necessary paper work.
We need to sell pretty fast, do you buy only houses?
Ans. We aim to buy your house in the time scale you require. We will buy your house within 7 business days. We buy all type of property and not just houses, we buys studio apartments, bungalows, flats etc…
Is it still possible to sell quickly even if the property is not in the best of conditions?
Ans. Yes, we regularly buy properties that needs updating or repair.
How long does your offer stay open for...?
Ans. In most cases people need to sell fast and therefore an offer period does not come into affect, having said that, everyone’s circumstances are different. Technically the offer is open as long as the market conditions do not change too much. Should the market change then money4Property reserves the right to review and change the offer price.
Are there any hidden 'catches/costs' that I should be aware of?
Ans. No. We do not have any other costs other than those listed on our website. We save a little bit on the price of your property, while you receive payment very quickly. It is a win-win situation for both of us and we would like to do business that makes you happy.
How quickly do you pay out when you buy a house?
Ans. This is generally dependent on you! And so we have a range of options exercised by our clients. Some like to be paid within the next 3-4 weeks to coincide with a new purchase and some have everything planned out and would like to have the payment on the 8th day! We honour both the requests.
Do you buy only in commercial zones and around London?
Ans. No. We buy property all over the UK
When do I have to move out?
Ans. If you wish to rent back then a tenancy agreement will be drawn up to suit your needs and as long as you do not default on payments we are happy for your stay.  If you do not wish to rent back then a moving out date can be arranged to suit your needs within reason.
Is there a possibility that I can stay and do not have to move out?
Ans. If you opt for the option of renting your property you can carry on living as you had been doing.
  Will I need legal help?
Ans. We can take care of everything for you including the legal side. We can nominate a solicitor to act on your behalf who knows how the process for selling you home quickly, it is a specialised process.  The last thing you need when wanting to sell quick, is having to chase your solicitor, everybody knows how frustrating this can be.  By using our system both solicitors are ready and waiting, no chasing, no hassle.
What will be the charges for the legal service?
Ans. If you choose to use our system we will pay your legal costs upto £500, this covers the fees in most cases.  We also pay for a qualified RICS surveyor, you really could pay nothing.
Can it really be sold in 7 business days?
Ans. Yes, it is absolutely true, we will buy the property latest by the 7th day and you could have the money on the 8th day, so long as there is no hold up with regard to the necessary legal documentation.

…we had never moved out of our house and had lived in it virtually throughout our life. When we had to move out for the first time, we really did not know what to do. Agents, friends, acquaintances all were involved and as you can imagine it was a huge mess and a roller coaster ride.

In the end we went ahead with Money4Property and they really stood out among all the other as the definitive choice to do business with.
